应用瘤胃粘膜表面扩张系数评价狍冬季的营养状况

Appraisal of Nutritional Status of Caproelus caproelus in Winter by the Surface Enlargement Factor of Ruminal Mucosa

1999年冬季 ,对黑龙江省小东林场 14只狍瘤胃胃壁进行了取样及其瘤胃粘膜表面扩张系数 (SEF)的测定 ,并与李文军的研究相对照 ,结果表明 :小东林场狍的瘤胃粘膜表面扩张系数符合Hofmann理论 ,其营养状况处于较好的水平 ,并间接地反映了小东林场狍具有较好的食物质量。

roe deer (Caproelus caproelus) stomach wall samples from Xiaodong forest farm of Heilongjiang province in winter 1999 were measured and the surface enlargement factor (SEF) of their absorptive ruminal mucosa were calculated. The results compared with similar roe deer investigation results from Li Wenjun (1991) show that the SEF of their absorptive ruminal mucosa accords with Hofmann theory, and indicate that roe deers from Xiaodong forest farm were in moderate nutritional status.It potantially reflects a good winter foraging condition in Xiaodong farm.
