任弼时在白区工作时期建党思想的理论渊源是马列主义的建党学说 ,而他本人优秀的主体素质是他这一时期建党思想形成的主观条件。他在白区工作时期提出了党的白区工作的正确思想、民主集中制的组织原则和在军队“连设分支部”的主张。这是他在土地革命早期和红军初创时期对中国革命的重大贡献 ,也是马克思主义的建党学说在中国的创造性运用 。

The theory origin of the Party-founding thought of Ren Bishi when he worked in the White Area is the Marxism-Leninism party-founding theory. His excellent personal quality is the subjective condition to form his thoughts. When working in the White Area, he put forward the right thoughts of Party-founding in this area; the organization principles of democratic centralism, and the proposal of setting Party branches in companies in the army. These are the great contributions he made for China revolution during the early time of the Agrarian Revolution War and the early founding period of the Red Army.
