The dispute-solving mechanism of the World Trade Organization is a unique, novel and complex dispute-solving mechanism among the international economic organizations of the present day. Since China has joined WTO, this mechanism will definitely affect the foreign trade development of our country from all aspects. Hence, it is urgent for the legal theory world and the foreign trade departments to do research on it and put forward relative countermeasures against it.
