树舌多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16、Rb基因表达的影响

The study of applanatum pat polysaccharide effecting on mouse HepA tumor cell P16、 Rb expression

本文通过树舌多糖对P16基因、Rb基因表达影响的研究,进一步阐明树舌多糖抗肿瘤作用的机理。研究结果表明,树舌多糖作用后,小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16基因表达显著增强(P<0.01),Rb基因表达增强(P<0.05),树舌多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16、Rb基因有激活作用。

Objective This article studied the applanatum pat polysaccharide effecting expressions on P16、 Rb gene, further illustrated the antitumor function of applanatum pat polysaccharide. Results The findings indicated expression of mouse HepA tumor cell' P16 gene increased obviously (P < 0.01) and expression of mouse HepA tumor cell' Rb gene increased (P<0.05) . Conclusion Applanatum pat polysaccharide had actived function on mouse HepA tumor cell' P16、 Rb gene.
