妊娠期糖尿病的治疗与围产儿预后的分析

The treatment and perinatal prognosis in pregnancy with gestational diabetes

目的 分析妊娠期糖尿病的治疗对母体并发症及围产儿预后的影响。方法 分析我院收治的 174例妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床资料 ,根据血糖控制程度分为治疗满意组及治疗不满意组 ,对比两组母体并发症、围产儿患病率及与治疗的关系。结果 治疗不满意组母体早产、羊水过少及新生儿窒息、高胆红素血症、巨大胎儿、胎儿宫内发育迟缓、低血糖等的发生率高于满意组 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 重视妊娠期糖尿病的早期诊断和治疗 。

Objective To analyse the effect of the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) on the maternal complications and perinatal prognosis.Methods One hundred and seventy four cases of GDM from Jan.1996 to Feb.2000 were analysed.The cases were divided into satisfactory group (SG) and unsatisfactory group (USG) based on the level of blood glucose and compare the maternal complications and perinatal morbidity between the two groups.Results The incidence of preterm,oligoamniosis,neonatal asphyxia,hyperbilirubinemia,macrosomia,IUGR and hypoglycemia of USG is higher than the SG.The difference is statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusions The early diagnosis and treatment and the strict control of blood glucose play a key role in decreasing the maternal complications and improving the perinatal prognosis.
