氧化应激与高血压血管损伤 被引量:2

摘要 氧化应激是体内活性氧介质 (ROS)活性过强的一种状态 ,与高血压等血管性疾病密切相关。本文综述了ROS生成增多介导高血压血管损伤方面的研究进展 ,包括酪氨酸激酶氧化还原活性的认识 ,人血管壁内生成ROS的酶及其与动脉粥样硬化、高血压血管损伤的关系 。
