摘要 目的探讨各心电图复极指标对不同性别相关因素的影响。方法观察500例健康人反映复极时间和速率的心电图指标 ,在T波振幅最高的心前导联测量。结果男性比女性心脏复极时间更短、速率更快 ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P<0.01)。非线性多因素回归分析表明 ,与性别差异相关的各参数中权重最多的为J点和ST角。结论复极早期时间和速率变化是不同性别相关心电图图形差异的决定因素。 Objective To determine impact of each electrocardiographic repolarization variable on gender_dependent pattern. Methods Several electrocardiographic repolarization variables that reflect both duration and rate of repolarization variables were analyzed in 500 normal healthy subjects. These variables were measured in precordial lead exhibiting highest T_wave amplitude. Results Cardiac repolarization was found to be shorter and faster in men compared with women, with significantly difference (P<0.01).Variables with highest individual weight in determining these gender differences were J piont and ST angle,as indicated by nonlinear(logistic)multivariate regression analysis. Conclusion Changes in duration and rate of early repolarization are determinants for these gender_dependent electrocardiographic pattern differences.
