多尺度生态资产遥感综合测量的技术体系

TECHNICAL SYSTEM OF ECOLOGICAL CAPITAL INTEGRATED MEASUREMENT USING MULTI-SCALE REMOTELY SENSED DATA

着重论述了如何建立多尺度生态资产遥感综合测量的技术体系 ,具体包括以下主要内容 :①如何建立一整套生态资产遥感监测、野外抽样调查以及监测结果质量控制的技术标准与规范 ;②并在此基础上 ,设计出生态资产遥感测量的技术规程、主要研究内容以及野外抽样调查与检验方案 ;③通过建立生态资产遥感测量和野外抽样测量与检验的集成系统 ,实现系统的业务化运行。

The technical system of ecological capital measurement using multi scale remotely sensed data in China is expounded in this paper. This technical system includes three parts: ①To build a series of technical standards and criterions of ecological capital remote sensing monitoring, sampling method of on ground fieldwork surveys and quality control of monitoring results. ②On the basis of those standards, to puts forward the programs of ecological capital measurement deriving from remote sensing data, main content of ecological capital measurement, sampling method and check up system of on ground fieldwork surveys. ③To realize operation of ecological capital measurement based on the development of integrated system of ecological capital remote sensing measurement and on ground sampling fieldwork surveys and quality control.
