摘要
采用有限差分法 ,对柱坐标系下带均压槽的圆形空气静压止推轴承的压力场进行了二维数值仿真 .并根据流量平衡原理 ,计算出给定气膜间隙下的出口压力值、承载力和流量值 .最终得到空气静压止推轴承的性能曲线 .结果表明 。
By using the method of the finite difference, the press field of static pressure thrust air bearings with pressure groove under column coordinate was stimulated. At the same time, directed by the principle of flow balance, many quality parameters of bearings can be calculated if the height of air cushion was given, such as the pressure of pocketed of orifices, load capability and flow. Consequently, quality curves of the bearing are determined. The present result show a good agreement with experimental result obtained from the design bearings instruments.
