摘要
提出了一种光学球面曲率半径的无损测量方法 .它利用麦克尔逊干涉仪的白光干涉零级暗条纹测出平面与被测球面相交的圆直径及相应的矢高值后 ,便可求得球面曲率半径 .测量过程中无测量力的影响 ,也不会损坏被测件表面 ,而且测量时对被测件安装定位无特殊要求 ,误差环节少 。
In this paper, a new undamaged method to measure radius of optical sphere is presented .The diameter of circle where the optical plane and the virtual image of optical sphere intersect and the corresponding bilge can be measured with zero order and black fringe of white light interference fringes of Michelson interferometer.Then the radius of optical sphere can be calculated.In the process of measurement ,optical sphere is not damaged due to the measuring force, and more,there is no special requirement to fix optical sphere, the error factors are less and it proved that this method is valuable.
