集对分析理论及在最低成本工艺决策中的应用

基于集对分析的新原理与新思路 ,在介绍集对分析的基本概念和联系度的有关运算后 ,定义了机械加工工艺的生产费用的联系数 μ=a +bi或 μ =a +bi+cj。给出了工艺成本集对分析的方法与步骤 ,对机械加工工艺的生产费用进行了优化设计 ,得到了生产费用最低使用条件下的最优加工工艺路线与加工方法。给出算例。

Based on the new principles and ideas of SPA,essential concepts and some operations of SPA were introduced and vinculum degree of production cost of mechanical technics is defined,which is μ=a+bi或μ=a+bi+cj and the process and method of lowest technical cost with SPA method is presented.Then an example is presented to provide a new calculating and analytical method for technical cost
