摘要
市场力的存在不利于电力市场的健康发展 ,应该尽一切可能的手段限制或降低市场力。简述了博弈论的基本概念 ,并设计了一种采用博弈论降低电力市场中市场力的方法。
Market power is harmful to the healthy development of power market and must be controlled by all means. This paper presents some basic concepts of game theory, and accordingly designs a method for reducing market power. It is a successful application of game theory to market power reduction.
