摘要
掺 8mol %Y2 O3的纳米ZrO2 粉体中加入 0— 5wt%纳米Al2 O3,在 110 0℃、12 0 0℃、130 0℃不同温度下烧结 2h .烧结样品在烧结温度达 12 0 0℃以上 ,掺 1wt %以上的纳米Al2 O3的四方相完全转变为立方相。初步探讨掺纳米Al2 O3的 8YSZ陶瓷烧结体相变机理及纳米Al2 O3对8YSZ烧结体的晶格参数和电导率影响。
After adding nano Al 2O 3 to it, nano 8YSZ powder was sintered for 2 hours at different temperatures of 1100℃, 1200℃ and 1300℃. The phase of the samples with an addition of more than 1 wt% of nano Al 2O 3 transferred from t phase to c phase at a temperature above 1200℃. In this way the effect of nano Al 2O 3 particles on the microstructure and conductivity of 8YSZ was studied.
