摘要
压煮器是生产氧化铝的压力容器 ,要求进行整体退火 ,其外径Φ2 .9m ,高 13m ,重 110t,壁厚 77mm .用于处理该压力容器的退火炉要求炉内温度均匀而且节能 ,通过热效率分析 ,为研究和设计该庞大的节能退火炉提供了依据 ,其热效率达到 4 0 %以上。
The pressure and boiling container for manufacturing Al2O3, which is 2.9 meters in outside diameter, 13 meters high, 110 tons in weight and 77 mm in wall thickness, needs a whole stress relief annealing. The annealer used to treat the pressure container must be soaking and energy saving. The analysis of the thermal efficiency provides a basis for studying and designing large energy saving fuel annealer. Its thermal efficiency can exceed 40%.
