压力磨石磨木浆(PGW)制浆工艺

摘要 压力磨石磨木浆(PGW)或超压磨石磨木浆(PGW-S)是一种成熟的制浆工艺,不同于传统的磨石磨木浆(GW)。PGW生产工艺具有工艺简单、能耗低、水耗低、污染小和热回收率高的特点。同时浆的得率高,成浆具有较高的光散射系数、结合强度和湿强度。PGW成纸的粗糙度低,印刷质量好。PGW既可用针叶木也可用合适的阔叶木为原料,提高磨浆温度和磨浆压力可以增加长纤维含量,从而提高浆料的抗张指数和撕裂指数。洞庭湖区的黑杨应用PGW工艺可以生产出高质量的浆。 PGW is a mature pulping process.It is different from the traditional GW.The modern PGW has a lot of advantages such as:simple in process,lower energy consumption and pollution,higher heat-recovery im-proved pulp yield and light scattering coefficient ,better bonding strength and wet strength.PGW furnished paper has lower roughness and better print quality.Not only the softwood but also the suitable hardwood can be used to produce PGW.The higher grinding temperature and pressure result in higher content of long fiber and less fine,increased tensile,tear and bonding strength,without losing of light scattering coefficient.High quality pulp can be produced by using the poplar growing in the area of Dongting Lake with PGW process.
