摘要
在我国针叶材资源日渐匮乏的情况下,吉林造纸(集团)有限公司率先开发阔叶材杨木与桦木生产磨木浆、化机浆,对新闻纸原料结构进行调整。本文论述了在原料结构调整后的纸机生产技术条件的研究,解决了原料调整后的新闻纸生产及质量上存在的问题。比如通过改进制浆方法、提高打浆浓度、优化配比,解决了湿强度低、撕裂度低、不透明度低等问题,满足了报业的印刷要求。
Jilin Paper Co., Ltd. first developed GP and CTMP from hardwood, so as to adjust the raw material mix of newsprint in increasinglylack of softwood resources in China.The technical condition of paper machine after the adjustment is studied in this article.Some problemsof newsprint in production and in quality are solved by modifying pulping,raising refining consistency, optimizing material proportion, tosatisfy the newspaper printing requirements.
