重构脂质的研究进展

Progress of Research on Structured Lipids

近年来 ,重构脂质发展较快 ,因其具有多种生理活性而倍受关注 ,堪称新一代油脂。目前极具开发潜力。对重构脂质的发展作了简要的回顾 ,给出了重构脂质的定义 ,并详细地介绍了各类重构脂质的代谢特点、生理功能、应用状况。同时 ,还对Sls的生产方法作以比较 ,并针对酶催化法讨论了其生产策略。

In recent years structured lipid developed rapidly.Much attention has been focused on the structures lipid for their various psychology activity,so we even can referred to it as a new generation of oils and fats.It has much a potential to be developed now.We made a simple and concise review of SLs development in this article,and gave a define to SLs.The metabolism and application of each kind of SLs are introduced in details here.In addition,we compared the differences between the methods for SLs production,furthermore,we discussed the production strategies for enzymatic production of structured lipid.
