摘要
确定了以活化效果好 ,产品质量易于提高为特征的湿法活化工艺 ,并对活性白土质量指标影响较大的因素如酸的用量、活化时间、固液比等进行了优化选择 ,确定了制备活性白土的最佳工艺条件。经检测其主要质量指标和脱色效果都达到和超过了国内同类产品。
The wet activated technology is determinate which possesses the good activated effect and good quality. Optimal condition which includes vitriol dosage, activated time, solid-liquid ratio is obtained. Both the main quality parameter and bleaching effect attain to the domestic product of same kinds.
