摘要
目的 了解珠海市医用X线小剂量照射所产生的远期危害效应,并估算其致癌危险性。方法 医用X线诊断检查单位定期填报统计检查人次及检查所致照射剂量。结果 1987~1995年连续8a医用X线检查受照射量调查共1519 663人次,集体剂量当量为709 729.25 mSv,按危险度估算可诱发35人患致死性癌症。调查还发现近年来使用X线检查迅速增加,特别钡餐和CT检查所致人群照射量导致潜在性的危害更不容忽视。结论 贯彻“放射防护条件”的同时,尚应加强行政措施,防止滥用X线检查。
[Objective]To know the long - term damage caused by small dose of X - ray exposure and evaluate its cancer - inducing danger.[ Methods ] The number of examined people and the X - ray exposure dosage in medical X - ray diagnosis units were reported regularly. [Results] From 1987 to 1995, 1,519,663 people received X- ray examination. The collective dosage equivalent was 70,972, 925 mSv, which may induce lethal cancer on 35 persons. The investigation also shows that there is a rapid increase in X - ray examination recent years. Potential dangers caused by Barium Meal and CT shouldn t be overlooked. [Conclusion] 'The regulation on Radiological Protection' should be carried out, and measures should be taken to prevent abusing X - ray examination.
