摘要
根据物理化学性质对辣椒油树脂进行精制,以得到结晶物;由高效液相色谱的分析结果推定该结晶物中含有较高纯度的辣椒素。
A method of extraction, separation of capsaicin from capsaicin oleoresin was presented. The result product was analyzed by HPLC with DMBMO as the internal standard,and five of eight capsaicinoids were positively identified.
