摘要
为提高仪器设备的系统精度 ,给出了一种低成本软件方法 .利用微机对系统非线性误差进行校正 ,找出最佳校正方案 ,算出校正参数 ,回传给仪器设备 .该方法适用于智能测量控制仪器设备 ;也可以扩展适用于各种传感变送器和执行机构 。
For increasing system precision of instrument,this paper introduces a software methoduniversal correct method of system error.This method can be applied to measure apparatus and control equipment;adding to sense organs and actuator.This method can also be applied to precision measure and precision control.
