本文阐述了食醋的营养、味觉及生理功能。对食醋促进消化、解除疲劳、防止血压上升等多种生理机能作了介绍 ,并重点介绍了食醋促进钙吸收的研究近况。还推荐了食醋的适当摄入量。
The paper summarized the nutrition,sense of flavour,physiological function of edible vinegar.Made introduction to the physiological function such as promoting digestion,removing fatigue,preventing rise of blood pressure and etc.Emphasisly introduced the present situation of research of edible vinegar's promoting Ca'acception.And also recommended the suitable absorbtion quantities of edible vinegar.
