JAKsSTATs信号转导途径的阻遏方法及其应用前景
摘要
JAKs蛋白酪氨酸激酶和“信号转导子和转录激活子”(SignalTransducerandActivatorofTran scription ,STATs)广泛参与各种细胞因子的信号转导过程 ,JAKs、STATs异常活化与肿瘤、白血病和心血管系统疾病等许多病理生理过程有着密切的关系。本文就阻遏异常活化的JAKs
