卵巢上皮癌IL-7mRNA表达的研究

Study on IL-7mRNA expression in ovarian epithelial cancer.

目的 :研究卵巢上皮癌组织及细胞株中IL 7mRNA的表达 ,探讨IL 7是否参与了卵巢癌的局部免疫调节 ,为IL 7用于卵巢癌基因治疗提供实验基础。方法 :以 6例正常卵巢组织为对照 ,采用RT PCR方法测定 4 2例卵巢上皮癌组织及 2株卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3和 3AOIL 7mRNA的表达。结果 :6例正常卵巢组织未能检测到IL 7mRNA的表达 ,4 2例卵巢上皮癌组织只有 2例表达IL 7mRNA ,表达率为 4 .8% ,SKOV3和 3AO均不表达IL 7mRNA。结论 :卵巢上皮癌组织IL 7mRNA表达率低 ,推测IL 7未能在卵巢癌癌灶和腹腔局部发挥重要抗肿瘤作用。

Objective:To study IL-7mRNA expression in ovarian epithelial cancer tissue and cell lines,and to discuss whether or not IL-7 participates in local immune modulation of ovarian epithelial cancer and try to offer experimental basis for ovarian cancer cytokine therapy.Methods: IL-7mRNA expression was detected by RT-PCR in 42 freshly harvested ovarian epithelial cancer tissue and 2 cell lines,and 6 normal ovarian tissues were used as controls. Results: Six normal ovarian tissues couldn't be detected of IL-7mRNA expression.Only 2 of 42 ovarian epithelial cancer tissue expressed IL-7mRNA.The expression rate of IL-7mRNA was 4.8%.Ovarian epithelial cancer cell lines SKOV3 and 3AO didn't expresses IL-7mRNA.Conclusions: Ovarian epithelial cancer expresses IL-7mRNA rarely and it is hypothesised that IL-7 may not play an important role in local antitumor immunity in peritoneal cavity of ovarian cancer.
