摘要
住宅钢结构是我国十五期间推广的重点。为此 ,介绍了住宅钢结构中采用钢管混凝土柱的优点 :节约钢材 ,降低造价 ,其造价可低于一般钢混结构 ,且抗震性能优越。并提出采用耐火耐候钢材和高流态混凝土等建议。
