长大悬索桥横隔板焊接变形的控制与矫正技术 被引量:2

摘要 为了减轻长大悬索桥的重量 ,横隔板往往采用薄板和加劲板焊接而成。因薄板和加劲板块数多 ,使得焊接变形大 ,且难以矫正 ,成为制造控制中的瓶颈。如何减小焊接变形 ,掌握矫正技术 ,成为隔板制造中的关键。根据日本经验 ,并结合实践予以介绍 ,供造桥者参考。 In order to lighten the weight of large suspension bridge,a diaphragm is composed of a thin plate and many of ribs by welding.Distortion of the diaphragm occurs after welding,and the distortion is difficult to correct.So the fabrication of diaphragms becomes the bottle neck in suspension bridge fabrication.How to minimize distortion of the diaphragm and how to master the correcting technology become a question for discussion on diaphragm fabrication in suspension bridge fabrication.According to Japanese experiences and my own practice,the control method and correcting technology is given here.
