摘要 0 引言 细胞外 (xtracellularmatrix,ECM)是组成间质和上皮-血管中基质的不溶性结构成分,他不仅仅是细胞机械支持组织,而且是供给营养和免疫应答的场所,参与调节胚胎发育进程,决定细胞的粘附与迁移,在创伤修复和纤维化、细胞的生长、分化、代谢和肿瘤发生及转移中起重要作用并作为组织替代材料用于临床研究其主要成分包括胶原、非胶原糖蛋白、弹力纤维、糖胺多糖、蛋白聚糖、与基质代谢相关的酶及细胞因子[1]
