细胞外基质降解与肝脏纤维化治疗 被引量:5

摘要 0 引言 肝星形细胞(hepatic stellate cell,HSC)是正常肝和纤维化时合成肝脏细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的主要细胞.HSC的激活是肝纤维化发生的中心环节,因此目前抗肝纤维化的治疗策略大多针对HSC激活和增殖的各个环节[1,2].肝纤维化的实质是慢性肝损伤的修复反应,导致以胶原为主的ECM各成分合成增多,降解相对不足,致使ECM在肝内过多沉积因此,促进ECM各成分的降解也是抗肝纤维化治疗的另一重要途径.
