摘要
主要阐述了物业管理早期介入对业主、物业公司和开发商的重要作用 ,指出早期介入的时间选择应在一个区间 :最早应在项目立项、策划阶段 ,最迟不能超过封顶 ,还提出早期介入费用的解决方案。文章最后还对早期介入的若干问题进行剖析 。
In this paper the vital role of the forepart intervening of the estate management for the owner, the estate supervising company and the developers is mainly discussed. The authors believe that the interval for forepart intervening should be between the time of program setting and the time of crest sealing. The authors put forward also a solution for the forepart intervening expenditure. Finally, this paper provides the analysis of question about forepart intervening, and then some proposals and countermeasures are put forward.
