本文主要讨论加入WTO后,造价工程师应具有实践性、动态性、兼容性、科学性,并注重更新知识、熟悉和学会运用世贸组织的有关规则、学习国际通用的工程造价方法、提高外语水平。
fter this text discusses the accession to the WTO mainly,the cost engineer should have practicality,dynamic quality,compatibility,science,and pay attention to refreshing one's knowledge, familiaring with and learn the relevant rules that use World Trade Organization,study the international project method of fabrication cost,improving the level of foreign language.〔
