摘要
目的 :探讨糖尿病病人空腹血糖 (FBS)、血清果糖胺 (FMN)及糖化血红蛋白 (HbA1C)三者之间的关系。方法 :分别以HK法和NBT还原法检测了 5 9例经临床确诊的糖尿病患者的空腹血糖及血清果糖胺 ,用免疫胶乳法检测糖化血红蛋白 ,并以健康人血( 39例 )作对照。结果 :糖尿病 (DM)患者血清FMN水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;血清FMN与FBS及HbA1C均呈正相关 ,相关系数 (γ)分别为 0 .6 7及 0 .76。结论 :糖尿病患者FBS、FMN及HbA1C三者关系密切 ,血清FMN测定简单、实用、稳定 ,若三者联合检测 ,将更有助于糖尿病 (DM)的诊断及疗效监测。
Objective: To explore the relations between serum fructosamine (FMN), glycosylated hemoglobinAIc (HbAIc) and fasting blood sugar (FBS). Methods:We have measured FBS and FMN by HK and NBT method, HbAIc by immuno latex method, in fifty-nine diabetic patients, thirty-nine healthy subjects being the control group Results:Serum fructosamine concerntration of diabetic patients are higher than that of normal control group ( P <0.01); there were positive correlations between serum FMN and FBS ( r =0.67) and Hb AIc ( r =0.76).Conclusion:There are strong relations between FMN and FBS? HbAIc. The method of detecting serum FMN is easy and stable,and the routine work in clinical lab.The combination of serum FMN and FBS HbAIc in detecting can be helpful in the diagnosis and the prognosis of diabetic patients.
