腰椎峡部裂并脊柱滑脱的CT分析

CT Analysis of Spondylolysis and Spondylolisthesis of the Lumbar Spine

目的 :为了提高腰椎峡部裂并脊柱滑脱的电子计算机体层扫描 (CT)诊断水平。方法 :回顾分析了 2 6例腰椎峡部裂的CT表现。结果 :腰椎峡部裂为关节突间的骨性缺损 ,易导致脊柱滑脱、椎管狭窄、侧隐窝狭窄、椎间盘变形、椎小关节退变等。结论 :CT能客观地提示腰椎峡部裂并脊柱滑脱的一系列病理变化。

Objective: To improve CT diagnostic level of spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis of the lumbar spine. Methods:The CT appearances of spondylolysis of the lumbar spine were analyzed retrospectively in 26 cases.Results: The sign of spondylolysis showed defect of the parts of interarticularis.Spondylolysis could easily cause spondylolisthesis,stenosis of the spinal canal, the lateral recess stenosis, deformity of intervertebral disc, degeneration of facet joint and so on. Conclusion: CT could objectively reveal a series of pathologic changes of spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis.
