摘要
Nanometer is 1/1bln m., therefore, nano grade materials are of particles between 1-100 nanometer. As the surface area of powder being enlarged, its mecha- chemical variation taking place, that enable materials possess superior mechanical and chemical properties, the value of non-metallic minerals increased greatly. This article contributes a grinding method and four kind of superfine grinding machines.
