睑肌及面肌痉挛病人心理健康状态研究

A survey of mental health state in patients with blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm

目的 探讨睑肌及面肌痉挛病人有无异常心理健康状态。方法 对 15 6例睑肌及面肌痉挛病人在评定痉挛程度的同时进行汉密顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)和汉密顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)测量。结果 10 0例睑肌及面肌痉挛病人伴有焦虑 ,检出率为 6 4 .1% ,随痉挛程度的增加焦虑更加明显。 4 9例睑肌及面肌痉挛病人伴有抑郁 ,检出率为 31.3% ,痉挛程度与抑郁严重程度之间统计学差异不大。结论 睑肌及面肌痉挛病人许多伴有焦虑和抑郁 ,其中焦虑非常明显 ,与痉挛程度相关。应当加强睑肌及面肌痉挛病人心理健康状态的评价和处理。

Objective To explore mental health state of patients with blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm.Methods 156 patients with blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm were measured by HAMA and HAMD. Results Among 156 patients ,100 patients ( 64.1 %) were found anxiety,the more degree in spasm,the more serious in anxiety.49 patients(31.3%) was found depression; there was no relationship between spasm degree and depression lever in statistics .Conclusion Patients with blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm have anxiety and depression ,especial in severe patientes ,It should be paid attention to the mental health state in patients with blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm.
