自我估计智力的性别差异研究

Sex differences in self-estimated intelligence

目的 探讨自我估计智力的性别差异。方法 以 2 0 3名大学生为被试 ,采用Furnham的自我估计智力问卷让其对自己以及父母亲在Gardner的七种智力上的水平进行估计。结果 男生在所有智力上的自我估计得分均高于女生 ,其中空间、逻辑、身体运动、人际、自我反省及总体智力的自我估计差异显著 ;父亲在除音乐智力之外的其他智力上的被估分数均高于母亲 ,其中逻辑、空间、运动、自我及整体智力的分数差异显著。

Objective To investigate sex differences in self estimated intelligence. Method 203 undergraduates were administered with Self estimated Intelligence Questionnaire. Results Males gave themselves significant higher scores on logical, spatial, body kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and overall intelligence than females; Estimated Scores on logical, spatial, body kinesthetic, intrapersonal, and overall intelligence were significant higher for fathers than for mothers.Conclusion There were notable sex differences in self estimated intelligence.
