摘要
目的:探讨复方玫瑰胶囊对家兔心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:以家兔血清中SOD、氧自由基为指标进行实验观察。结果:复方玫瑰胶囊对心肌缺血-再灌注损伤家兔血清中SOD的升高与氧自由基的降低有显著作用(P<0.01)。结论:复方玫瑰胶囊通过对SOD与氧自由基含量的影响,对再灌注心肌损伤有保护作用。
Objective:To approach the medicine-red rose capsule compound-protective actions to the rabbits, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury from different angles. Method:To observe the indexes-SOD、OFR-from the rabbits, blood in order to prove the medicine’s curative effect.Result:The medicine-red rose capsule compound-can obviously increase the SOD and decrease the OFR to myocar ischemia-reperfusion injury. Conclusion:The medicine-red rose capsule compound-has very obviously protective action to myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by the way to influence the content of the SOD and the OFR of the blood.
