摘要 The paper characterized BaTiO 3 powders that was prepared by sol gel using (C 4H 9O) 4Ti and Ba(CH 3COO) 2 by means of TG DTA,TEM,XRD and ICP.The research showed that the BaTiO 3 powders had purity of 99.8514%,ratio of Ba to Ti 0.991,particle diameter 20~200nm and spherical appearance.
