浠水地区农村常见头部皮肤病20年防治效果分析

The Study of the Head Dermatoses at the Countryside of Xishui for 20 Years

目的 了解农村常见头部皮肤病 2 0年防治效果。方法 应用张友安头癣调查方法 ,对团陂、华桂两个乡镇进行了调查 ,以 1977年与 1997年两组进行比较结果 患者率由 8.0 6 %降为 3.83%,防治效果极为显著 ( χ2 =12 0 4.6 ,P <0 .0 1)。感染性皮肤病构成比仍为 5 5 .18%。结论 感染性皮肤病仍是目前农村防治工作重点 ,部分变态反应性皮肤病不断上升 ,也应引起重视 ;红斑鳞屑性皮肤病变化不明显。

Objective To investigate the effect of head dermatoses at the countryside for 20 years.Methods Using the scalp bits method of zhang youan,the countrysides of tuanpi and huagui were investigated in 1997,of which the results were compared with 1997.Results The affected rate was drop to 3.80% from 8.06%,the effect was becoming notable(χ 2=1204.6,P<0.01).The contract dermatoses were still 55.18%.Conclusion The contract dermatoses are the importance work at the countryside,some allergy dermatoses are also paying attention to for its going up.The lupus scale bits dermatoses are no more changing.
