寻常性银屑病113例家族史调查分析

Analysis of Family History Among 113 Cases of Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的 调查寻常性银屑病的家族发病情况。方法 通过对 113例初诊为寻常性银屑病者按 1、2、3级亲属调查 ,核实其家族内的寻常性银屑病发病情况。结果 有家族史者 5 0例 ( 4 4.2 5 %) ,共有寻常性银屑病患者 12 3例。1、2、3级亲属共患人数为 73例 ( 5 9.35 %)。结论 寻常性银屑病与遗传有密切关系。本组病例发病特点基本符合多基因遗传规律。

Objective To investigate the family incidence of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 113 cases of new psoriasis vulgaris in our dermatology clinic were investigated and their family incidence were verified in accordance with persons of gradeⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ relatives.Results Among 113 cases of psoriasis vulgaris,there were 50 cases(44.25%) with positive family history.In these 50 families,there were 123 cases of psoriasis vulgaris.Among 113 cases,persons of grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ relatives suffered the same disease up to 73 cases(59.35%).Conclusion There is close relationship between psoriasis vulgaris and heredity.The pathogenetic character in our cases accord basically with polygenic inheritance.
