461例皮肤科医生手、足真菌病调查分析

The Investigation of Hand-Foot Mycosis in 461 Cases of Chinese Dermatologists

目的 了解皮肤科医生手足真菌病的患病率及易感因素。方法 通过临床特征及真菌学检查 ,对 46 1例皮肤科医生进行调查。结果 患足癣 139例 ,占 30 .1%,患手癣 12例 ,占 2 .6 %;甲真菌病 86例 ,占 18.6 %。 5 5岁以上的医生患手足真菌病 44.5 %。结论 皮肤科医生的足部真菌病患病率仍然较高 ,手癣和足癣患病率稍低于普通人群。

Objective To investigate the incidence of mycosis in dermatologists hands and feet.Methods 461 dermatologists were examed through clinical features and pathogens detected by microscopy, who attending the 6th Chinese-Japan or 9th National Dermatology Conference.Results The incidence of foot-mycosis was 30.1 percent (139 cases) and hand 2.6 percent (12 cases) with hand mycosis.Affected nails (hand-foot) and foot mycosis were 18.6 percent (86 cases).About 44.5 percent were above 55 years old.Conclusion The incidence of foot mycosis is higher, whereas tinea pedis and tinea mannum are lower than that of average people, which indicats the hygienic conditon in dermatologists is better but still weaker awareness of asymptomatic hand-foot mycosis.
