尼莫地平治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床报告

On Nimodipine in the therapy of vertebro-basilar ischemia

目的 观察尼莫地平对椎基底动脉供血不足 (VBI)患者的疗效。 方法 对 60例BVI患者分别用尼莫地平 (治疗组 )和脉络宁 (对照组 )静滴治疗 ,疗程 14d ,对比观察其临床疗效及经颅多普勒超声 (TCD)、血液流变学改变。 结果 治疗组起效时间快 ,2 4h内有效率为 66 7% ,72h内达 93 3% ,总有效率达 93 3% ;对照组分别为6 7%、16 7%、40 %。治疗组TCD及血液流变学指标改善明显 ,2组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,未见明显毒副作用。 结论 尼莫地平治疗VBI安全有效。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of nimodipine on VBI. Methods Sixty patients with VBI were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients each.Patients in two groups were dripped intravenously with nimodipine and MaiLuoNing(control)respectively for 14 days.Their clinical efficacy,TCD changes and blood rheology changes were analyzed. Results Patients in nimodipine group tended to recover more rapidly than those did in control group.Nimodipine becaine effective in 20(66 7%)patients in the first 24 hours,and in 28(93 3%)patients in 72 hours.The overall efficacy of nimodipine was 93 3%.In control group,the effective rates were 2(6 7%),5(16 7%)and 12(40%)respectively.TCD and blood rheology changed significantly in nimodipine group ( P <0 01),but no significant changes were found in control group( P >0 05).No significant side reactions were found in nimodipine group for nimodipine given within normal dosage. Conclusion Nimodipine intravenous drip is a safe and effective treatment for VBI.
