中药降脂灵与血脂康治疗高脂血症临床对比研究

Clinical Controlled Study on Xuezhikang and Chinese Medicine Jiangzhiling in Treating Hyperlipemia

目的观察中药降脂灵治疗高脂血症(HLA)的临床疗效,并探讨其机制。方法将98例HLA患者随机分为中药降脂灵组(治疗组)和血脂康组(对照组),观察治疗前后血脂水平的变化。结果两组治疗前后比较疗效均满意(P<0.05或<0.01);治疗组较对照组TC水平有明显下降(P<0.05),LDL-C也有显著性下降(P<0.01);其他血脂指标的变化幅度两组间比较则差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论中药降脂灵对HLA有较好疗效。

Objective:To study the effect of Xuezhikang and chinese medicine Jiangzhiling in treating hyperlipemia and to explore Jiangzhiling ’s mechanism.Methods:98 patients with Hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups:treated group (treated by Jiangzhiling)and contralled group(treated by Xuezhikang).The change of blood liqid levels before and after treatment was observed.Results:Both group received satisfuctory effect affer treatment (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01).Compared with the controlled group,the level of TC and LDL-C of the treated group dropped more notably (P< 0.05 andP< 0.01).As to the other indices,there were no respective differences between the two groups. Conclussion:Chinese medicine Jiangzhiling has good effect in treating hyperlipemia and can be popularized clinically.
