摘要
以氯乙酸为原料制得其高氯酸盐 ,产率 84% ,进而与对正戊氧基苯甲脒盐酸盐相对接 ,合成了 2 (4 正戊氧基苯基 ) 5 氯 嘧啶 ,收率 90 %。通过元素分析、核磁共振谱证实了其结构。总产率 75 % (以氯乙酸计算 )
n pentyloxylphenyl) 5 chloro pyrimidine(Ⅱ) was prepared in the presence of sodium methoxide by means of cyclization of 4 pentyloxybenzamidine hydrochloride and 1 dimethylamino 3 dimethylimonio 2 chloro propen perchlorate, which was in turn prepared via a series of reactions with chloroacetic acid as starting material. The structure of Ⅱ was confirmed by and 1H NMR. The total yield was 75%.
