细胞周期调控因子在肺癌活检组织中的表达

摘要 目的 探讨 P2 1 waf1和 Cyclin E在肺鳞癌组织中表达。方法 应用细胞周期调控因子 P2 1 waf1、 Cyclin E单克隆抗体 ,对 5 4例肺鳞状细胞癌的纤支镜活检标本和 10例正常肺组织进行免疫组化染色研究。结果 在肺鳞癌组织中 P2 1 waf1 呈低水平表达 ,其阳性表达率 (11/ 5 4)仅为 2 0 .4%。在肺鳞癌组织中 Cyclin E阳性表达率 (17/ 5 4)为 31.5 %。低分化及有淋巴结转移的病例 ,其 Cyclin E表达量明显高于高中分化及无淋巴结转移的病例。结论  P2 1 waf1在肺鳞癌组织中呈低表达 ,Cyclin ? Objective To study the expression level of P 21waf1 and CyclineE in sguamous cell carcinoma of lung. Methods 54 cases of fiber optic bronchoscopic specimens of squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal lung tissue were studied immunohistochemically with P 21Waf1 and cyclinE. Results The expression level of P 21Waf was low in squamous cell carcinoma of lung, the rate of positive staining of P 21Wafl being only 20 4%. The rate of positive staining of CyclinE was 31 5% in squamous cell carcinoma of lung. The expression of CyclinE in cases of poor differentiation or lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in well or moderately differentiated cases with no lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The expression level of P 21Waft is low in squamous cell carcinoma of lung. The expression of CyclinE could be a marker to predict the malignance degree of squamous cell carcinoma of lung.\;〔
