摘要
霉菌是果蔬保鲜过程中,特别是在湿冷系统中常见的一种致腐烂性微生物。本文以黑曲霉为研究对象,在黑曲霉菌液中通入臭氧,观察黑曲霉耐臭氧的能力。
Mold is one of the common microorg anisms found during the preservation of fruit and veg etable,especially in the″Humidicool System″.The tolerance of Aspergillus niger to ozone is studied in this paper.
