介绍了国内外有关鼠李糖的研究情况,并对发酵法生产鼠李糖和鼠李糖的应用进行了较为详细的综述。
In this paper,the information about the study on rhamnose world wide is introduced.The production of rhamnose by fermentation and the application of rhamnose are summarized.
