Research on sheep skin garment leather with less pollution

根据绵羊皮的组织结构特点 ,运用制革工艺板块模式和正交试验等科学的方法 ,按照少污染的要求 ,进行了酸皮削匀、废铬液的循环利用、浸酸废液的循环利用以及高 p H值铬鞣的研究 。

Some scientific methods,such as, the theory on process plate of leather-making and orthogonal experiment to determine technological process of less pollution were applied, according to the characteristics of histological structure of sheep-skin and the requirement of less pollution, shaving of picked skin, recycling of waste chrome tanning liquor, recycling of waste picking liquor as well as chrome tanning under high pH value were carried out and discussed.
