摘要
科技劳动和管理劳动是创造价值的劳动,科技工作者和经营管理者的报酬中包括按要素分配所获得的收益,但这不等于承认要素价值论。应在坚持劳动价值论的基础上,将按劳分配与按要素分配结合起来,促进我国分配体制的改革。
Scientific labor and management labor is the labor to create value. The income of workers and managers of science and technology includes revenue from factors of labor, which does not mean that the opinion of value created by factors is accepted. The reform of distribution system in China is accelerated by sticking to value created by labor and by reasonable distribution based on labor and factors.
