Policies Choice of Development of Medium-sized and Small Enterprises in China after WTO Entry

加入WTO后,我国中小企业的发展将受到巨大冲击,而我国整个社会经济的发展离不开中小企业的发展,但是现阶段很多制约我国中小企业发展的因素无法由市场解决,需要政府给予扶持。特别是我国政府以前对中小企业实施的不公平政策,更需要政府进行政策纠偏,为中小企业的发展创造公平的市场条件。政府应从健全法规、建立中小企业市场进出机制、拓宽融资渠道、引导大中小企业协作发展、健全社会化服务体系入手,促进中小企业发展。

After WTO entry, the development of medium-sized and small enterprises is influenced greatly but whole society economy can not develop without the enterprises. Many factors which restrict the development of the enterprises can not be removed at present period and government support is needed. Unfair policies with which Chinese government treats the enterprises need to be corrected and government should create fair market condition. The development of medium-sized and small enterprises can be speeded up by completing laws and regulations, setting up withdrawing system of market, widening financing channel, synergic development of big, medium-sized and small enterprises and consummating social service system.
