我国开设股指期货的理论分析

Feasibility of Securities Index Futures in China

股指期货是一种重要的金融衍生工具,在发达国家和发展中国家都得到了广泛应用。我国资本市场经过十多年的发展,市场规模不断扩大,目前已经具备了推出股指期货的基本条件。然而,我国资本市场也暴露出许多问题;国企改革面临着许多困难;加入WTO后,国内资本市场面临着国际资本市场的冲击。这客观上需要我国尽早推出股指期货来解决这些问题,以促进资本市场的规范发展和国企改革的顺利进行,最终使我国的资本市场和国际资本市场全面接轨。

Securities Index Futures are one of important financial derivative instruments,which are widely used in developed and developing countries.After more than year's development,the scale of Chinese capital market enlarges gradually,now there have been the basic conditions of developing index futures.However,many problems in capital market are exposed;the state-owned enterprises reform has faced difficulties.after WTO entry,the international capital market entry has influence on Chinese capital market.In order to make capital market sound development and state-owned enterprises reform smoothly operation,there objectively require improving index futures to resolve these problems.
